Because Bike Parks ROCK!

Meet Asia. She's 9 years of age and attends Kennedy Elementary School in Newark, CA. She enjoys biking "...because it's fun." Considering that there are more distracted drivers on the road and very few beginner mountain biking trails, it's getting difficult for youth like Asia to develop bike skills reasonably safely. Bike parks in urban neighborhoods offer youth an opportunity that they don't currently have. Dirt-jumping and pump-tracking are great activities for ALL, especially families!

Won't you help us build the necessary partnerships to get an East Bay Bike Park in the Tri-Cities? Donate now. We just met with the City of Fremont's recreation commission, and "boy" did we capture their interest. We've got the momentum—help us deliver on it.

(If your employer is on this list, your employer will match your contribution. Also, Newark Parks Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit; your donation is tax deductible. Our Federal Tax ID Number/EIN is 47-5569303. )
